Informational tool only
DriveClear is an informational personal tracking tool. It helps you keep a private on-device log of intake events and personal reference notes. It does not diagnose, measure, or assess any medical or physical condition.
Immutable intake timestamps
DriveClear automatically records the time each intake is logged. Recorded timestamps cannot be edited, amended or backdated. This protects the integrity of your personal reference log. Product, dose, notes and privacy remain editable, and entries can be deleted.
Not medical advice
DriveClear does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the app or on this website should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or clinical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical matters.
Not legal advice
DriveClear does not provide legal advice. Laws about medicinal cannabis, prescriptions, workplace policy, and driving differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Consult a qualified legal professional for legal matters.
Not an impairment test
DriveClear is not an impairment test. It cannot measure intoxication, reaction time, blood-level concentrations, or cognitive impairment of any kind.
Not a fitness-to-drive assessment
DriveClear is not a fitness-to-drive assessment and must not be used to decide whether you, or anyone else, is safe or legally permitted to operate a vehicle, machinery, or equipment.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including decisions about driving, work, medication, and health. DriveClear and its contributors accept no liability for actions taken based on use of the app.
Ongoing updates
DriveClear is under active development. Features, wording, and availability may change over time as the app improves.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are planned at launch via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. No payments are taken through this website. Store purchases will be subject to the applicable store's terms.
